MAT RUSH Lomandra hystrix A
perennial plant which forms large tussocks of dark green, flattened leaves. Over
the warmer months this Australian native plant produces decorative cluster of
fluffy, creamy-yellow flowers. Prefers
moist positions but tolerates a range of soils and moderate frost. Ideal
for informal drifts in native garden, for planting near pools and in rockeries. Full
sun, tolerates light frost, wet conditions.
