All warranty claims must be made within the relevant warranty period and, as a result, the buyer must return the product to Superstar Online for review. The buyer is obliged to return the product to Superstar Online for review within the relevant warranty period. The buyer is liable for all costs, including shipping costs, of sending back warranty claims and, if the item is proven to be defective through a non-manufacturing defect, the buyer is liable to pay the return shipping costs of the rejected unit back to Superstar Online. However, if the item is proven to be defective through a manufacturing defect, Superstar Online will pay the cost of shipping the new item.
Products that are returned for a refund must be supported by a justification for return, contact details, eBay username & a copy of receipt as proof of purchase. Failing to do so will result in unprocessed claims until the proof is provided.
