Since shop closure these have been stored correctly but due to the garments kept in plastic wrapper & cardboard inners there maybe a slight smell. Please do not buy if you would not be happy about this. 

It's generally advised that all garments are washed before wear due to the dye & chemicals in the fabric. I always wash new items first.
