  • It's BLACK because it has rubber compounds added to the formula.
  • Thin 160cps viscosity will wick into porous materials. MEDIUM 1500cps viscosity is a great all-purpose glue. The THICK 4000cps viscosity is about twice at thick as clear thick CA glue and takes longer to dry.  
  • Black RT is up to 4 times as strong as regular CA and is particularly well-suited for high-stress and high-vibration applications in difficult environments.
  • Shock and Impact resistant.  Resists cracking.
  • Humidity resistant, heat and thermal shock resistant
  • Excellent for gluing bulkheads and other items to fiberglass model airplane fuselages and fiberglass model boat hulls.
  • Excellent for attaching rubber tires to wheels on RC cars.

It dries relatively slowly and will reach it's full strength (full cure) in 24 hours. Meant to be used relatively quickly - because rubber-toughened CA is not meant for long-term storage. (I also offer in larger bottles, please see my other listings)

Supplied in a pin-cap bottle, which helps prevents clogs and provides a tight seal.  All of the CA-Plus Adhesives CA glues are manufactured using a "triple-distilled" process for the highest possible quality, and are "mil-spec" - originally offered for industrial use, these products are now available for the hobby market.
