DELIVERY DURING THE VIRUS OUTBREAK

We will always dispatch promptly, as promised, but Royal Mail are taking a long time to deliver at the moment. This applies to whoever you order it from. Please be patient. If it is really urgent you can opt for next day delivery for £6.

POSTAGE DETAILS

We try to process all orders on the day they are received, if they are received before 2pm.

Goods ordered between Friday after 2pm and Monday will be dispatched on the Monday (LATE POST). Our offices are closed Saturday and Sundays and all Bank Holidays.

Orders and correspondence received on Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For goods ordered on First Class overnight delivery please note that our courier does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays or Bank holidays. Therefore goods ordered after 2pm on Thursdays and all day Friday will not be delivered until Monday.
