All Suitable Items are Sent By Royal Mail 48 with Delivery Confirmation Tracking, as a Standard Delivery Service.

Other Express Delivery Options are Available. You will be able to Select these before checkout.

All Delivery Services we use have Tracking or Tracked Delivery Confirmation, With or Without Needing a Signature.

Items are Usually Dispatched within 1-3 days on Receiving Clear Payment.

Delivery is Usually Made within 1-5 days from Dispatch.

FREE Postage applies to UK including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Highlands.

Items maybe sent in Multiple Packages (if under 4kg) or by courier (if above 4kg).

The Couriers that we use are UPS or ParcelForce. We may on Occasion use other couriers.

Pallet Networks we use are Pallex or UPN.

In case of Non-Delivery, we are Advised by the Couriers' to Wait 10 Working Days from dispatch before Claiming non delivery.

Buyer will be asked to wait for this time period, thereafter if the delivery still hasn't been made, then we will either Issue a Refund or a Replacement Item at the Buyers Request.

Please note that someone will need to be at the delivery address to confirm receipt of the order and/or a signature will be required.

Deliveries can be made to both business and residential addresses.

Please make sure delivery and contact details are correct in order to prevent delays.

An active phone number will be required, in case the couriers need to contact you about the delivery. 

If there are any special requirements regarding your delivery address, please ensure that you inform us of them before / at the time you place your order as a surcharge may incur.

If the courier is unable to deliver to your address because no-one is present to sign for it, it will be returned to the nearest depot awaiting collection or a redelivery attempt will be made.

You can schedule a redelivery with the courier once an delivery has been attempted, you will be left with a 'missed delivery card', and further details will be provided.

Different redelivery options can be requested via the couriers website. In the case of Royal Mail / Parcel Force you can arrange collection from your local post office.

We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by buyer. 

Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

Any Items that are NOT Perishable Food Products or Intimate Personal Healthcare Products, will be held eBay's Standard Returns Policy (Excluding misuse of the item and damaged item).

Your name, ebay username, postal address, order/sales number and reason for return should be included in the email and with the package.

As we Supply Mainly Perishable Food Products & Personal Healthcare Products that have been sealed for Hygiene and Health Protection.

These items are Exempt from providing Returns and Refunds as stated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

However, as we believe in providing best customer experience and service.

We only accept returns if (all conditions must be met):

1.) the product is Unopened, Unused and Undamaged.
2.) the Original Seal of the Packet is NOT Broken or Damaged in any way.
3.) is returned in its original packaging, including cellophane wrappers, padding protection etc. along with any paperwork that has been sent out with the parcel.

However we DO NOT Cover the return postage cost and DO NOT Refund you the original postage paid.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (at the very least) or send via a Tracked / Signed Service and use a basic service (ie 2nd class).

Also we recommend taking photos of the items and packaging before returning, in case of courier damage.

If we receive any packets that are damaged / broken we will exclude them from the refund amount.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

Cancellations Should Preferably be made Before we Dispatch the products to prevent further inconvenience to both parties.

All items sold by us are being described to the best of our abilities and as accurately as possible and with utmost carefulness on our part.

Non-Food Items are Stored / Handled / Processed in the Close Proximity of Food Products; Please beware that there may be Trace Allergens on the Outer Packaging of these Items.

Although all necessary precautions and procedures have been taken to remove stone Stalks Pips and any other products or Organic Debris. Some may remain in the product, PLEASE CHECK BEFORE CONSUMPTION.

The items will be either packaged in Professional Retail Packaging or in Basic Simple Packaging.

For Food Items, Basic Simple Packaging is essentially product being weighed out and packed in a Clear Strong Food Grade Polybag that is Heat Sealed, with a Label Detailing all Relevant Product Information.

Advertised Weights maybe made from either combination Different pack Sizes / Weights or as a Single Total Pack Size or Combined into a Single Pack Weight.

We may send your orders out using recycled, used / re-used packaging to help reduce our carbon footprint, reduce waste and keep delivery costs as low as possible.

We will also try and keep the packaging to a minimum for environmental and parcel weight saving reasons.

Most of our packaging materials are recyclable and from responsible / sustainable sources.
