When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business. 

From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!

This is a beautiful antique/vintage Carved Scarab Stone.

Has beautiful red coloring.

It is cold so it may be made from Glass.

Measures approx. just over 3/8" x just under 3/8" x 3/16" high.
