Made from 3mm thick glass, these signs measure 105 x 249mm in size.

The lettering is cut from translucent vinyl (as used in modern-day illuminated light-boxes) and applied to the rear of the glass, before a special dusting of a white automotive acrylic based paint is applied very lightly, allowing the sign to illuminate in your bowser.
