The certified PAT (photographic activity test) ANSI ISO 18916 material assures safe and protective long term storage. The sleeve is acid-free and will not react with the box artwork.

These sleeves are open top for easy use and uniform storage on shelves. Like a record sleeve, these should go upright, and the sleeve will stay on. Three mil thick and supper strong welds fit pretty much all tape boxes from blank recording tapes to early 2-Track, 4-Track, 1980s Columbia 4-tracks, and Japanese tape boxes. Close fit on some Snug fit on most boxes and tight fit on a few. The sleeve will stretch a little the side welds are incredibly strong

These are not meant to seal up the box, which can be a hassle when playing a collection. The purpose is to protect the artwork while handling and from shelf storage.
