Your order will be dispatched on a tracked Royal Mail service of 2-3 working days. There is an option to upgrade this to an express service at checkout.

You will receive an email via eBay on the day that your order is dispatched. This email will include your tracking number which you can use directly on the Royal Mail website.

If you do not receive your item within 5 working days of receipt of the dispatch email please let us know.

If for any reason you are not happy with your item please do message us before leaving feedback and we shall do our best to resolve any problems you may have. You may return the item to us for a refund of the item cost. The refund does not include the delivery or return postage costs.

If you find that your order has been damaged during delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item via eBay message and then we will replace it with no further cost to you.
