This is a WWII American Red Cross Enamel pin. It is marked under the pin part "PAT. 2066969: and AF on the middle bottom. Measures 3/4" diameter.

It has a small chip in the enamel on the right-hand side as shown. This belonged to my mother who is now 97. I have had it for many years in my jewelry box because I loved it as a young child. 

Never exposed to smoke, perfume, scent of any kind. Nice condition for its age and history. Sold AS IS.
