How to find the right size

• Measure around the widest part of your head (above your ears) to find the right size
• If you don't have a tape measure handy, take some thread or tape and measure the distance against a ruler
• Once you have the helmet on and secure it, shake your head vigorously to see if the helmet slips. If he does, he's too big
• Test whether you can get under the helmet with 2 fingers. If so, the helmet is too big
• If you wear glasses, be sure to test the helmet with glasses
• Wear the helmet a little before your first ride. If you get a headache, the helmet is probably too small
