Custom made to fit in the USA. XB08 Extremeblaster all polished stainless steel construction  slip on shorty glass pack with 4" tunable disk system fitting Yamaha FZ09, MT-09, XSR 900, FJ-09 2013-2020 (XSR900 to 2021) stock headers. Everything needed for complete installation is included. Some grinding and cutting must be utilized to install this custom exhaust system (complete instructions and photos included to install this exhaust). Stock exhaust headers must be removed and the exhaust chamber cut off after the 02 sensor bung (stock 02 sensor bung is retained for this install). Included is also a bracket attachment from mid-pipe to the stock exhaust chamber mount for added security (photo 4). FJ-09 model must have center stand removed as seen in the last photo with XB model exhaust open pipe version. Incredible triple cylinder tone unheard of on any other machine. 

XB08 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with better low end torque, response and top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller to compensate for  cat exhaust chamber removal and no popping on deceleration like other open pipe models. This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of low end torque and top end power delivery. Disk pipe delivers deep  tone that is not excessively loud  like most short aftermarket pipes. First feedback from Mark: Just tested the XB08 on my FZ09 and it sounds great but loud! There's no backfire or any other issues the bike runs great! Took out 3) disks to quiet it down and rode it 100 miles and was much better. I can't say enough good things about this pipe!

This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.
