Field or common horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is a perennial fern that belongs to the genus Equisetaceae. It grows wild in northern Europe and North and Central America, as well as in other moist places with temperate climates. It has a long, green, densely branched stem that grows from spring to fall. Preparation 

Simmer gently one tsp (2g) of Horsetail in fresh, boiling water (2-2,5dl). Strain off once it is warm. Consume 3 times a day for 1-2 weeks.
