1. There could be slight difference in the color due to monitor resolution. Although the photograph is taken by professional photographers and full care has been taken to show exact color of the product.
2. There could be additional amount charged during import of the item in buyers country as per rules and regulations and import duty of the buyer’s country. This would be born by the customer.
3. As all our products are hand made and made by several artisans and the product go thru several hand-processes. There could be little variation which give it a very authentic look and is the characteristic of the hand made products.
Return Policy
1. For any reason, if you are not happy with the product, you can return it in 30 days for refund. Please inform us before sending back the item.
2. Shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable. It is refundable only in case you receive wrong product or wrong color that did not order.
3. The returned item must be in brand new condition, unworn, with original tags. Please carefully pack to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
