We will follow the sample design to fit your personalised details.
Please send your name(s), (date), (age)--for birthday sign only through payment note.
Some of the designs have limited space and an extremely long name will affect the design, so please shorten the name. Ideally, each name should be less than 15 letters.
For table name listing. Please wait for us to contact you after the payment is made.
For more details please read the following wording.
| Please do try to send your details correctly in the first instance. For all orders, we only allow two rounds of amends for free. A fee of £10.00 is charged for each additional round of amends thereafter.
For items we stated will send a draft before printing , please check that all of the details are accurate. If we have made an error, we will correct it free of charge, otherwise the above conditions apply.

| We print on thick paper that do not stand freely. The listing photo shows the card supported by an easel, which is not for sale.
'Foam board ready backing' is free standing. 3 mm or 5 mm depends on the stock. - discontinue at the moment.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) - 1:00 pm) is your best choice on the check out. If your event date is very close and you choose a 1st or 2nd class delivery without guarantee. then you run the risk of NOT receiving your order in time. In such cases, Royal mail will not provide compensation, and so we are unable to refund you.

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. We normally use cardboard envelopes or postage tubes. All items are carefully packed and properly protected for shipment.
We have lowered the cost of our A4 signs, and so only use 1st class delivery. Other sizes of signs have different delivery styles to choose when you check out.
We use Royal mail, Different delivery style to choose on the listing. If your event is in the next two week please be aware that 10% of the delivery can be delayed 10-15days. And the delay of less than 16 days is non-refundable across the Royal Mail. So 'Express Delivery' is your best choice on check out.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, or personalised details are incorrect due to an error by us, we will promptly replace it free.
For all other returns, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as sent, and you must pay return shipping costs.

Q1: What can I personalise?
A1: We only change the name (and date if applicable). We will follow the sample item to adjust your wording. Each name MUST be less than 15 letters for couples.
Age is only needed for birthday signs
Some of the samples have wording such as 'Thank you for sharing our special day' and 'Please join us and enjoy'. If you want to replace this wording with your own, please let us know on the payment note. These phrases show you how extra text might look, but note that space is limited and so we cannot always accommodate your wording.
Q2: Can I change the fonts / floral / wording arrangement i.e. can I change your design?
A2: No, we do not change the design. (Floral and other images and wording are all part of the graphic design). We have many high quality designs in multiple colours and styles to choose from.
Q3: What is the best way to send my personalised details to you?
A3: We prefer to receive your personalised details on the payment note during checkout. Please see photo 3 to help you add the message correctly.
For seating plans, we will contact you for the names and arrangement.
Q4: Will you send a proof to me before printing?
A4: Only for 'seating plans', A3, A2 and A1 signs (not A4) and rare occasions where we are unsure of your personalised details or wording requirements.
Q5: How long will it take to get my order?
A5: Across Royal Mail. Except special delivery they do not guarantee anything. For example, 2nd class delivery takes up to 10 day some time. If you are in a hurry (i.e. less than 7 days), please pay for 'special delivery' during checkout. If your event is in the next two week please be aware that 10% of the delivery can be delayed 10-15days. And the delay of less than 16 days is non-refundable across the Royal Mail. So 'Express Delivery' is your best choice on check out.
As any delay caused by shipping is out of our control.
Q6: Why was my order cancelled?
A6: We may have to cancel orders in situations where a quick turn around has been requested and we are too busy or if personalisation is overly complicated.
