To protect myself from people trying to scam me on Ebay I have my own terms and condition’s which if you buy of me you are accepting, these are legally binding.

My terms and conditions

1. The payment methods I accept are cash on collection or payment via pay-pal only.

2. I only send items to Pay-pal registered address’s.

3. Payment within 12 hours of an auction ending or I will relist the item.

4. I do not accept returns.

I have a list of buyers that I will not sell to.

If an item says collection only then it means collection only(buyer collects or they arrange for it to be collected).

If you are collecting an item you have 3 days or I will relist it.

When you have received the item and are happy with it I will leave feedback.

Ebay is a auction site so auctions rules apply.

I only send items via Hermes courier I don’t use royal mail because they are to slow at delivering parcels and keep losing them.

Any problems message me first(so I can sort it out) and not ebay or paypal.

I have all positive feedback except for 1 person who tried to scam me when reported to ebay he left negative feedback.

If an item arrives damaged message me first so I can try to sort it out with the delivery company.
