We stand behind the quality of our products and service. We will exchange or refund any item if it is a factory defective item. Buyers please take a photo of the defective item and contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the item for refund or exchange.

• All return items must be in brand new condition and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
• In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
