You are able to return item only within 30 working days after the receipt of product, if you are not satisfied contact us immediately by emailing us on eBay or contacting us by telephone.

The product should be posted in original condition with packaging to ensure the refund without complication.

Returns will not be accepted if in a non-resalable condition, worn or washed. Kindly be aware when trying on items that you have to make sure the items are not scented or marked by any perfumes, smoke etc.

All customers are liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items. Postage costs will not be refunded. Customers are encouraged to take note of the package tracking number, which acts as proof of return. As the return will be received, we will inform you, and will further issue your refund excluding the original delivery charge.
