Has been mailed to US with Japanese postmark - 25.3.12.  Not sure what date that is.

According to Manchukuo dating 12 = 1945 so that would make the date March 25, 1945.

But in the text the writer refers to spending 4 days in Hiroshima and the "horror that took place".

The first atomic bomb was dropped on the city on August 6th 1945.

Possibly a misprint and the 25 = 1952?
