Refund, minus the original postage or courier cost, will be issued after returned item has been received. For free postage or courier items the original postage or courier cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount prior to refund.
  3. If item is determined faulty or was sent incorrectly by us, please contact us with photo evidence within 7 days of receipt of item. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.
