Right of withdrawal
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal. For the withdrawal, the buyer is requested to contact us upon arrival of his order. The legislation provides that in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user gives prior notice to the seller, and returns the goods intact, in their original packaging. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer with the obligation to use a traceable shipment to prevent the package from being lost.
