Little Wing Boutique sells brand new products as well as vintage and gently used items. Each piece will be identified accordingly so there is no guess work.

If you have QUESTIONS about anything I am selling, please do not hesitate to ask. I am not one of those sellers who gets grumpy about answering questions. If you need more photographs, I can send one or two through eBay’s email messaging. I don’t always know exact information about VINTAGE items or GEMSTONES (I am not a jeweler) so please be aware these items are sold as is.

PAYMENT I currently accept PayPal only. Payment is expected within seven calendar days of the end of bidding. I cannot cancel bids once they are made or cancel a purchase unless there are special circumstances (determined on a case by case basis).

I do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING will be first class mail, with a tracking number, unless stated otherwise. Base shipping costs are $4 and increase based on weight of an item and the size/weight of packing materials. PLEASE NOTE: eBay takes 10% of all shipping fees, which unfortunately, forces sellers to increase the amount charged for shipping in order to cover actual postage, materials, and ebay’s fee. However, If you purchase more than one item within a seven day window, I will combine shipping. Please wait until all auctions are complete so I may create an invoice for multiple items. Also, PLEASE let me know as soon as possible if you will need combined shipping in anticipation of winning more than one auction or if you know you will purchase more than one item. Otherwise, the total shipping costs will apply and no refunds will be issued.

REFUNDS I do not grant refunds unless the item was damaged during transit. If something arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible. PLEASE BE GRACIOUS AND CONTACT ME FIRST WITH ISSUES. I promise I will work with you to rectify the problem and make you a happy customer.
