What items are returnable ??

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment if the condition of item meets the following criteria:

1. Returned item must be in original condition.

2. For outerwear, item must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached to it.

Customised items:

Products that have been personalised with initials are non-refundable, these cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.

International returns & exchanges:

For International returns & exchanges ensure you specify this is a customer return on the postage details when returning the purchased item. Otherwise Duty and VAT charges will be raised and your item will be returned to you undelivered and any associated charges / duties and tax will be credited to you (the buyer).

Please note, we’ll refund the price you paid for the item(s), but delivery charges or any duties and taxes won’t be refunded. Please note that cost of returns is incurred by the buyer.

How soon will I get my refund ??

Once your return is received and inspected. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days max.

If you've paid by bank card rather than PayPal then refunds can take more than 3-5 working days.
