We strive to get all orders received before 4 PM (EST) shipped out same day. We ship from our warehouse in New York City. Order not shipped same day will be shipped the following business day. We ship weekdays, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Sunday or any day USPS or other carrier holidays. Order received after 2 PM (EST) on Saturday, will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

SHIPPING

The following shipping are available: USPS priority Mail (1-3 business days) USPS First Class mail (2-5 business days). Business days do not include weekend. You will have the option to choose either Priority or First Class shipping for your order during checkout. Some items cannot be shipped using priority due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have standard ground available.

RETURN POLICY

Items can be return within 30 days of receive of delivery using eBay return system. We will refund your full winning bid amount, upon receipt and inspection of the item. Item must be in its original conditions and packaging with all components, accessories and tags attached. If any return fail to meet our standard return policy, we must charge 45% off the original price to the refund. We reserve the right to copy and save all item identification numbers during 30 days period of sale.
