It is new in the pack never been taken out. The pack was slightly pulled away from the back of the pack that is why it has staples in the pack. I didn't want it pulling off all the way if it got snagged on some other product pack.

The store is not responsible for changing your address in the middle of a purchase. You can correct your address in the cart when purchasing or in settings in your account with E-bay and Paypal. It has become to complicated for the store to change addresses.
