Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the established methods.

    If at the first passage of the courier the recipient is not in office, the delivery takes place the following day free of charge.
