Shipping: We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. We always try our hardest to send orders with premium shipping on the same day (when ordered before 2PM). 

Returns: We understand that sometimes things change - and that upon receipt of your item you may no longer have need for it. We are happy to take returns of UNUSED units (where sold as new). In the event of your unit developing a defect within reasonable time (typically 30 days) we will happily exchange when available or refund if there is no suitable alternative.
