I consider this card to be in "near mint" condition. However, I am not a grader of cards. Just an avid fan and collector of pre 1970 non-sports cards. 

This is still a collectible card representing the hightly iconic, controversial, and very sought after mid 20th century non-sports card set.

I have been collecting the original 1962 classic collectible cards since their release in the spring of 1962. They are a great source of entertainment and a look back at the hype and impact of the "Cold War" had on the United States during the mid 20th century.
