Items are shipped by our shipper before 10 a.m. (EST) Please note that items purchased after 10 a.m. EST will most likely be shipped the following business day.

Items are shipped MONDAY through FRIDAY (pending it is not a Federal Holiday or our Store Vacation Settings are on)

· Please feel free to check our feedback thoroughly for extra proof that we provide an excellent service and authentic products.

· Items will be shipped ONLY to the address provided by you through PayPal during payment, we DO NOT and CAN NOT make adjustments to an address once it has been received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

· Returns are welcomed if wrong item, color, or size is sent.

· Exchange – In the case of an exchange the buyer must pay to return the item needed to be exchanged and also pay for the amount for us to reship the item that it is being exchanged for.

• NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM'S TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED or if the item is NO LONGER IN NEW CONDITION (i.e. has been worn)

• NO TAGS = NO REFUND

INSURANCE/SIGNATURE REQUIRED/PACKAGE SECURITY ISSUES

TRACKING

· Tracking can also be located in your eBay purchase history connected to our transaction and also in the details of the PayPal transaction.

· Please allow proper time for the tracking information to begin working, this can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours after you receive your tracking number

HOLDS/TRADES/OFFERS

· We DO NOT hold any of our products under any circumstances. We sell all of our products on a first come first serve basis.

MANUFACTURE FLAWS

· We are not responsible for minor manufacturing flaws
