 I want to be clear I have no legal contract with this company and I try to Make sure the statements in the listing are accurate and complete. Because we are not affiliated with the manuf. of this product, this item may not be covered by the manufacture warranties, return policies or provided with the same services provided by the manufacturer o their representatives. MOST manufactures have a trademark of its own, and I will not duplicate their photographs, or any of their trademarks, or guarantees ( like you would receive if you were paying retail cost and purchasing from an active consultant, Or with direct sales)  I purchase most of these items for liquidated companies and I pass the saving on to you on a 3rd party online selling platform. When you purchase from 3rd parties on platforms like eBay, the seller cannot guarantee or warrantee the products because they have no affiliation with the manuf. to do so. As a seller my intent is NOT to mislead the buyer, I do try to take my own photographs, and follow any Trademark legalities.  I NEVER intend to Use brand names appropriately. However, I want to be CLEAR ;
