Who we are. 

We are Rhinobuysitcom. We have been in business for 13 years and have full time employees dedicated to our Ebay store and listings.  We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, and the best prices on items we sell. We are a large enough company to provide competitive prices, yet small enough to offer excellent individual customer service. 

Shipping terms. 

We ship items Monday thru Saturday via USPS.  Our average shipping time is 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. We can offer combined shipping prices on most of our items. If Ebay does not already combine the shipping on a purchase, we will combine it for you with a revised invoice. Tracking will be added to Ebay as soon as the item is packaged.  

Returns.

Although we hope that you do not need to return a item, we do offer a 30 day return period for most products. We offer FREE return shipping for all eligible items.  In most cases Ebay will generate a return label for you to apply to the package and ship it back to us for a refund.

As soon as a purchase is paid for we will do our best to leave Positive Feedback, and we would greatly appreciate the same for us.
