I am happy to combine postage for items purchased and posted at the same time, please wait for invoice to be raised before making payment. (That doesn't necessarily mean that 2 items cost the same as 1 it means it will be adjusted dependant on the total weight and size (as per royal mail pricing structure) and if I can reduce it I will but it is not always possible.)

I accept payment by Paypal cheque postal order or bank transfer. Items will be posted after payment has cleared.

Any non paying buyers will be reported to e-bay without exception

I recommend that you take the option of Special Delivery for postage as it is next day delivery, tracked and can be fully insured up to £500/£1000/£2500. Items sent in the UK by standard royal mail and recorded are only covered up to £20. There are restrictions on weight and size for using these services.

For larger items then Standard Parcel service can be used with compensation up to the value of £20 delivery time is 3-5 days. For a secure tracked service then Express 48 should be used which is tracked and insured up to £100 inclusive with additional cover if required.

I always indicate the best value postal option available for your item taking the value and size and weight restrictions in consideration, it may not be the first option if it is shown as £4 with 2nd class standard postage which is ebays mandatory postage limit.

I try to ship the following day after payment and succeed in most cases however I stipulate 2 business days as I do have committments elsewhere.

Postal costs are not just the stamp on the packet but also includes packaging such as bubble wrap, tissue paper, boxes, bags, brown paper, sellotape, parcel tape, compliment slips and also driving to the post office which I will do for 1 parcel and not just wait for several before I go. I do not profit from postal charges.

I sometimes use recycled packaging particularly boxes to protect your purchase whilst it is in the post.

Proof of posting is obtained and I will assist with a claim in the event of non receipt which is within the post office timescales which are Uk 15 days standard mail / 10 days for Special Delivery and 20 days for European Mail and 25 days for the rest of the world. UK claims are usually responded to within 30 days and International Claims take up to 90 days to process as Royal Mail also contacts the Foreign Postal Service administrator as part of their enquiry. International claims can only be submitted by the sender and not the recipient. Uk claims can either be submitted by the sender or the recipient but not both. Claim form P58 can be downloaded from the Royal Mail website.

I do not refund if you change your mind or do not like the colour. I will ONLY refund new items if they are misrepresented but I endeavour to maintain a high level of accuracy with all of my listings. Any queries must be brought to my attention immediately and in any case within 3 days and if a refund is AGREED all returned items must be received UNUSED and in original condition they were sent out with all tags attatched and by 'Special Delivery' only. Shoes must only be tried on on carpet to protect the soles. Return postage is at your own expense.

Returns - Return postage is at your own expense and in addition If items are returned which either have free delivery or if you have taken the option of an unsuitable postage option ie 2nd class mail for an expensive item and not Special Delivery which I have had to add to then the refund will be minus the original postage cost to you.

International Buyers responsible for their own customs / import duties.

International Returns from outside the EU - Customs forms have to clearly show that the return ORIGINATED FROM THE UK sometimes referred to as 'the country of origin' If in the event that customs forms are not completed correctly and I get charged customs duty (for which duty has already been paid at the time of purchase) and handling then this will be deducted from the refund of your item. I will then submit a claim to customs and if a refund is paid then it will be returned to the customer minus the handling charge which is not repaid. If forms are completed correctly there are no charges or delays as there are none due.
