Preowned but in good shape overall (nothing is broken, opens/closes fine) and is complete.  

Includes travel spirograph, 6 diffeent gears, 2 pens (both out of ink, but are original to the playset).  

Missing the original paper but easily replaced (post its seem to fit ok).  

Includes original instructions.  Some wear/tape residue on the outer box.
