Records graded visually and aurally.  See grading table below.  Deadwax Identifiers--characters written/etched or machine stamped into the runoff/deadwax area of a 45--are listed for the serious collector.   Usually one side is listed. For an overall grade, I downgraded most of these 45s from M- to VG+ because of the stickers and WOL. M-   Mint Minus

Near mint (NM); minor vinyl markings, if any; label clean with minor or no visible wear or imperfections.  Sounds great!

VG+  Very Good Plus

Record has been played and treated with respect; very collectable; may have minor scuffs and scratches--NAP; labels may show some minor wear and may have WOL or SOL; record may have minimal surface noise that does not distract from the sound.  

VG    Very Good

Any record imperfections listed above are more pronounced, but record is still collectable and plays through without skipping; audible clicks and pops, if any, will be minimal; any hiss will be minimal; label wear, if any, is noticeable.

G      Good

Label will show considerable wear and may have a tear, WOL, SOL and center hole damage; vinyl has numerous scratches that are audible yet the disk plays through OK.
