Here is the most fabulous large vintage scottish celtic solid silver robert allison sword kilt pin brooch. The brooch measures one inch in three & a quarter inches and is all made of solid silver. The brooch is quite lovely & depicts a celtic sword nicely engraved with the shield having a lovely engraved embossed border with a citrine/glass cairngorm stone faceted & claw set in good detail. The brooch has a pin and Cclasp working well and a full set of scottish hallmarks for Edinburgh solid silver and 1958 and makers mark for Robert Allison one of scotlands finest jewellers and this piece is no exception and a lovely large example that just needs a good polish. This really is a beautiful fine quality scottish brooch in very good origional complete condition and a very wearable collectable example.
