PRICE
The
price quoted includes
shipping to
mainland England & Wales. Shipments to some parts of Scotland
and
N. Ireland may incur a supplement - contact us before placing

order. Overseas delivery is extra
and will be specified on each listing if available. If you are
purchasing more
than one item for overseas delivery please contact us to calculate the
shipping

DELIVERY
We
aim to
dispatch all orders
within 24 (workday) hours and will dispatch to the address provided by
eBay or
PayPal. This will be via the service stated in the listing, unless an
alternative faster shipping method is deemed necessary by us. Our aim
is to
ship as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
Before returning any item,
please contact us first. Should your item be
faulty, we will cover the cost of return and offer a refund of the
purchase price or replacement (if available). In situations where the
item is simply "unwanted", for whatever reason, we will accept returns
for a refund of the purchase price, but we will not cover the cost of
returning the item. Any refunds for unwanted items will only considered
where items are returned in the same unopened and
sealed condition that
they left us.
In the case of software, once
the
seal has been broken, we
will
only usually consider the replacement of faulty discs.
In the unlikely event that
you wish to return an item, we strongly recommend the use of a
“signed-for” service such
as a courier. This will provide proof of postage as we can't
be held
liable for returned items that aren't received
back at our warehouse.
