Background is original art painted by Ken Kesey using his psychedelic dip technique.
The design silkscreened on top is by Ken Kesey. 
He often did character sketches when working in the Mental Hospital in Palo Alto as source material for One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest that he was working on. He was also a volunteer at Stanford for LSD experiments. He would go straight to his Hospital work after the experiments while still heavily influenced. These twisted character sketches really showed the inner fear that the patients had in their raw form.
