Prescriptions presumably filled by Wayland Pharmacy in Providence, Rhode Island, November 1912. Doctors Henry A. Cooke, C. Mowry, S.N. Smith, Walter Lee Munro, Franklin, and more. Patients include Mr. Franklin, Mrs. Harry Hayward, A.V. Bowers, Miss Green, and more. Prescriptions were glued down onto paper and bound into a book which has since fallen to pieces. The pages are dry and brittle with rough edges and some staining. An interesting look at the medical and pharmaceutical professions in the early days of the 20th century
