This item has been classed as: Refurbished - Grade C.

As New - Spotless device in new-looking condition, no scratches, no dents. Brand new look!

Grade A - Item is in great cosmetic condition considering it is a non-new product. It will show minimal signs of use. A small scratch or minor blemish can be expected at most.

Grade B - Moderate signs of use and tear, minor scratches and scuff marks visible at 20cm distance. It may have minor scratches on the screen, barely visible when the screen is on. The product is in full working order with no functional issues

Grade C - Clearance product, item will show significant levels of use, deeper scratches, may have a crack or a small plastic missing in the case or have a fault as stated in the notes.

All required power cables are provided to operate the item fully. Any difference to this will be noted above.

Courier information

Items are normally dispatched with Australia Post as we have found them to be most comprehensive and reliable. Delivery times are typically from just 1 business day in Sydney, 1-2 business days Melbourne and Brisbane, and approximately 3-4 business days for 95% of rest of population of Australia. Some more remote Areas of western, northern and south Australia understandably may take a little longer.

What about after the sale?

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service both before and after sales. All systems are provided with a warranty as detailed in the description above. The systems can be cancelled orders, end-of-line stock, ex-lease, fully refurbished or returned orders. In many cases our products are actually less likely than brand new out the box kit to go wrong, as they've passed more tests.

Have the systems had their data removed?

All products have their hard drives completely wiped of any personal data and then restored ready for their new owner.

What if I'm not happy with the item?

If in the unlikely event that you're unhappy with an item please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do all we can to have a happy customer. In the very unlikely event that you are not happy we will happily refund an item within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days we will repair or replace the item for you.

Why buy refurbished?
