GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS    (FULL INSTRUCTION LINK SENT BY EMAIL)
Read all instructions and notes before you start

Safety – Use in a properly ventilated area. Wear safety glasses, long sleeves & Gloves

KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
Use only with adequate ventilation, avoid contact with eyes as this may cause irritation. If contact occurs, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice.

Mould/Master – Get your mould/master read for use and setup before mixing your silicone rubber.

Measuring & Mixing – When you are ready for the pour, pre-mix parts A and B thoroughly. After giving parts A and B a good shake in the containers they are in, dispense the right amounts of parts A and B into the mixing container, mix thoroughly for 3 minutes making sure that you scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing container several times. Mixture should have a uniform colour with no colour streaks. If you observe colour streaks, continue mixing until they are eliminated, read labels on parts A and parts B for mix ratio, if your mix isn’t a straight 1 to 1.

Pouring – For best results, pour your mixture in a single spot at the lowest point of the mould/master. Let the rubber seek its level up and over the model. A uniform flow will help minimise entrapped air. The liquid rubber should level off at a minimum of 1.3cm (1/2”) over the highest point of the model surface.

Curing – Allow full cure time recommended on the product you are using at room temperature (73°F/23°C) before demolding.
