Designed for toughening the elbows, feet, knuckles and various other striking areas. Heavy duty cotton duck canvas.

- Filled with extra strong
- 1” thick, high density, shock absorbing foam.
- Mounting holes on the back. (9” x 12” x 2”) or (4.5" x 12 x 2)

Return is accepted for 30 days after item delivery.

For the returns by the other reasons than material defects, a partial refund will be given, and Restocking fee will be applied to cover our initial shipping and handling fees to ship this order to the customer, and the separate shipping fee collected from customer will not be returned. Free shipping to the customer only applies to the order that the customer keeps and not returned. Return shipping is at the buyer’s account except the case of material defects, and all returns must come with the original product case/bag and invoice.
