Allowed with PayPal or alternatively with POSTAL ORDER or BANK TRANSFER, it must take place no later than 4 days from the end of the purchase, after which the non-compliance will be reported to Ebay as per regulation with the consequences provided for by the same.

SHIPMENT

With exclusively traceable method, REGISTERED or otherwise, and will only take place upon ascertained payment.

If there are more items, we accept CUMULATED ~ COMBINED SHIPPING, paying a single shipment according to the weight and type of items purchased. 

In this case the expenses will be:

- recommended traceable up to 6 items (excluding large volume boxes) € 4.99 

- traceable parcel of 7 items onwards, including boxes of any kind, up to 3 kg € 10.90

The purchased items will be shipped in 5 days. working from receipt of payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

WITHDRAWAL

If you encounter any PROBLEMS, of any nature, whether dependent on us or not, please CONTACT US before releasing the feedback to resolve the problem together and in the best possible way.

As per the legislative decree 22/05/1999 N.185 regarding distance contracts for the protection of the consumer, within 5 working days, it is replaced or, if exhausted, it will be refunded only if there are manufacturing defects that do not comply with the order.

Returns not accepted for items sold with "As seen" or "As is" 

1. The cost of transport will not be refunded. 

2. The return costs are charged to the customer. 

3. The product, the packaging and the contents of the box must be returned as new, intact and unconditioned. 

4. The product must not be used incorrectly. 

5. If the product is returned not respecting points 1,2,3 and 4, it will be partially refunded at our sole discretion based on the conditions of wear of the product, packaging and contents of the original box
