Please note: this listing is for one (1) book: “In Cold Blood” w/dust jacket. USPS shipping is included.

Thank you for your interest in my listing. Before placing a bid or purchasing an item, please be sure to read the following store information:

CONDITION: Items listed in my store as “vintage/estate sale collectibles” have been well cared for over the years. However, because these items are vintage/used, unless noted, they may not be in pristine/perfect condition. I rate each item’s condition on a fair to mint scale. Condition is subjective, so please review pictures carefully and feel free to ask questions.

RETURNS: All items are sold as is. No returns accepted.

SHIPPING: I do my best to ensure packages arrive to my customers as quickly as possible. Please understand that certain factors beyond my control may extend shipping time: weather, high volume/holiday postal traffic, and the actions of shipping companies such as the USPS shipping slow down.

I offer free shipping to the lower 48 states, and I ship within 2 business days of payment - sometimes quicker if possible. I do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

I reserve the right to use whatever shipping company is most economical/logical for the item being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: For shipping outside of the continental USA; I only use eBay's Global Shipping Program. Items bound for an international address are shipped to an eBay distribution center in Kentucky (KY), and then sent to its global destination. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Please proceed to check out in order to calculate costs for shipping the item to your country. Messages regarding eBay's Global Shipping Program must be directed at eBay exclusively.

BEST OFFER: I don’t list items in my store as “best offer” as I include free shipping on everything I sell. If I were selling my inventory face-to-face at a flea market, garage, or tag sale, I would be happy to reduce the price by a few dollars, but unfortunately I have to deal with the middleman - USPS and eBay. Not only do I pay a monthly store subscription fee, additionally eBay takes the total sale price of an item, adds state sales tax, and then charges a transaction fee of around 15%. They then charge a “successful transaction fee” of thirty cents. From what’s left I pay for shipping. Long story short, when the dust settles, there’s not much left from the sale.

DAMAGE: In the unlikely event an item is damaged in transit, please save the item, box, all shipping materials, and contact me via eBay email as soon as possible. I will require detailed pictures of the item, box, shipping materials, and mailing label before a claim can be filed/settled. Please do not discard the damaged item, box or packing materials as the postal carrier may require it as proof of damage. As soon as the claim is settled you will be notified that it is okay to discard the damaged item. In some instances I may ask that the damaged item be returned to me before a refund can be issued. Sorry, but no refund will be issued for the damaged item if you do not follow these instructions.

RECYCLING: As much as possible, I do my best to use recycled shipping materials. Although my packages may not look “pretty”, everything I use to ship items to my customers is sturdy and clean. After you are finished with the packaging please consider recycling as well.

FEEDBACK: Unfortunately most people do not post feedback. Please note that I am always happy to leave feedback when feedback is received.

Thanks again for stopping by!
