Выставка «ВЫСОЧАЙШЕГО ДВОРА СЛУЖИТЕЛИ'. ЛИВРЕЙНЫЙ КОСТЮМ КОНЦА XIX - НАЧАЛА XX ВЕКА В СОБРАНИИ ЭРМИТАЖА», развернутая в Арапском зале и Ротонде Зимнего дворца, впервые предоставляет специалистам и широкой публике возможность обратиться к коллекции ливрейного платья как к важнейшему историческому документу времени правления последних Романовых. На выставке представлены около 250 экспонатов в собрании Эрмитажа, а также уникальные документы и фотографии из Российского государственного исторического архива и Центрального государственного архива кинофотофонодокументов Санкт-Петербурга. Каталог выставки предваряет монографическое исследование о служителях Высочайшего двора конца XIX – начала XX в. В настоящее издание включены также биографии придворных служителей, приложения с описанием ливрейных костюмов 1796, 1882-1888, 1907 гг., краткий словарь текстильных и костюмных терминов.
