    If it is possible I will use packaging that I have sourced myself, either from my own packaging or from other establishment. Where this isn't possible I will source from a recycling company.

    In respect of packing tape, where it is more difficult to buy recycled, I will do my best to minimise the amount I use without jeopardising  the contents. Because of this it won't be possible at all times to give you a pristine parcel.

    I of course give you a one percent guarantee that if the item has been damaged then I will either replace the item or give you a refund, whichever you choose.
