LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We deliver free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their family and carers. We deliver care that is special and unique to each individual.
We need to raise £6 million each year to run our services and 100% of profit made from each of our sales will go back into patient care.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, normally using a trackable courier service.

Returns Policy
We hope that you are very happy with your purchase, however should you wish to return your item please contact us first via contact seller on the item page. We will require the product returned on site within 14 days for a full refund.
When returning an item you will need to pay the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original inner packaging if applicable.
Partial Refunds/Resolution Cases
A partial refund may be given or a Resolution Case if the item:
Is usedHas been damaged
Not returned with original packaging
Is over the 14 day returns policy
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example; calendars, diaries, gift cards and some health & personal care items.
How to Return an Item
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
We recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt
We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved.
Provided the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal, credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible, although please be aware it can take some time to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund when expected please contact us via contact seller.
My item is not working or damaged
We check all our items prior to sending them out and ensure they are packed well. Please contact us via the Contact Seller on the item page. We may ask for photo proof or the item to be returned to us. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
My item has not arrived
All of our items are sent via courier and have tracking available. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us via the Contact Seller on the item page and we will respond within 3 working days.
