    Delivery

    Same day despatch for orders placed up to 2pm Monday to Friday.  After 2pm orders will be dispatched the next working day.  If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to get your order out the same day.

    Returns

    If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Postage to be paid both ways by customer for exchanges.

    Items bought via Paypal MUST be made within 48 Hrs of the end of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the customer being billed for the relist fees and also the selling fees. Items bought via other means must have payment dispatched to us immediately and notification of this to be made via e-mail. Should you decide to pay by cheque, then please note that each cheque requires SEVEN working days from the day of receipt from the customer.

    All Items are ALWAYS dispatched personally by us on the day up to 1pm or after payment has been received (excluding weekends), ensuring prompt and efficient service and satisfaction for the customer. If you reside outside of MAINLAND UK, then please request a shipping cost before purchasing.
