If your package is damaged during shipping we will do everything we can to replace your items, please keep in mind that it was not us who damaged the item. To replace your product in the event it is damaged during shipping, we will need you to submit clear and convincing evidence in the form of pictures. Once we receive this we will submit a claim on your behalf to have the item replaced by the shipping company.
