Preowned, damage to the outer box/packaging - there is wear and tear.  

BUT, the box is still factory sealed (factory tape remains unbroken) - the doll is brand new, never removed from the packaging.  

Box includes a DVD (some wear - see pics), a 'First Sketch' and the gold Smurf collectible.  

Doll batteries are likely dead, will need to be replaced.  

SOLD AS-IS.
